  1. Nice show this week. A couple of comments.

    1. You guys are killing me with calling it “Lost Eco Realm Servo”. It’s Lost Exo Realm Severo. “sev-er-o”. Like “sever” with an added “o” on the end.

    2. Molds don’t degrade much any more, and saying that Brawl will fall apart on it’s second run? Plus it’s not really the number of runs, it’s the number of FIGURES made from the molds. BotCon runs of a mold don’t even barely count as they are very short runs. Hasbro is forcing the club to use the current molds instead of pulling out old molds, the club told us that months ago. You suggest we should have gotten the Scattershot mold instead of the one they used, but the BotCon combiner uses the Scattershot mold!

    3. China is not using Twitter because the Chinese government wants to control social media. They block Twitter and YouTube from most people in China. See here for a list of some sites blocked in China: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Websites_blocked_in_mainland_China

    4. I wonder with the visible cockpit on Contact Shot and the smallish Targetmaster, maybe the little guy can either be a gun in car mode, or actually sit inside the car?

    5. You guys covered Toymecha’s MP Counterpunch in episode 115, 6 months ago. http://www.transmissionspodcast.com/2015/07/transmissions-episode-115-unleash-the-beast/

    6. Check out the animated GIFs of the number combiner on this Taobao page. http://world.taobao.com/item/520025540560.htm?spm=a312a.7700714.0.0.y5jU7s#detail

    7. There is a bit of a mistake with you saying Deluxe Groove was on the Hasbro site. That picture is of Groove from a mobile video game from a while back, it’s not art of Deluxe Groove. There is no reason to assume Deluxe Groove from ANYTHING Hasbro posted.

    • Hi Mathew,
Thanks for the info, and keeping us on our toes, as always! I do, however, have some corrections to your corrections. 🙂

      1. Darryl & Yoshi made a mistake and Jeremy & I corrected it in the show after they said it wrong the first time. No partial credit for that?

      5. I did find that and already put a link in the show notes after we recorded the episode but before we published it. I’ll also note we haven’t heard anything from ToyMecha since July.

      7. We speculated about whether it means Deluxe Groove is coming, or it was an error. Look at the page. They show Groove while highlighting the toy image of Rook on the Defensor combiner. And they say Groove is a limb when he’s not. They also completely omit Rook from the team. Despite the fact that it’s old art, it sure looks like whoever put the page together was under the impression that groove is a limb for Defensor rather than the Legends chest accessory. It’s enough to fuel speculation at least.

      • 1. That name was all over the place.

        5. Yes, I wrote my response before seeing your notes. I see we found the same thing. Also, CHMS made a copy of the TFCC Punch/Counterpunch a few years back. BTW, a little trivia on the TFCC Punch/Counterpunch, he actually appeared in the Transformers Monopoly Dead card game, as the wild card – http://s65.photobucket.com/user/Scaleface/media/Cards/TFMD-punch.jpg.html

        7. I’d say some intern just passed along some standard copy and pictures about Defensor to their web site designer, who had no idea what Rook was and just filled in the page. The art used for Combiner Wars Sunstreaker and Hot Spot use their Universe toys. The art for Combiner Wars Mixmaster has his G1 alt mode. It’s just a hodgepodge of stock photos and copied text.

    • 3. It’s also worth noting that Twitter, etc. are blocked in China as an economic protection. Considering the size of the Chinese domestic Internet “market”, it’s almost as important as being able to control/censor.

  2. Yet another great show !! I think this makes the 149th great show in a row!!
One thing I want to ask you guys is I will be glad to record our little chats on Saturdays as a Hangout! I am sure the others will agree to it. Though I have a question about it. I have tried getting my channel setup for that, but for some reason it just won’t let me. Everytime I try and get it to record or set it up to record a Hangout it keeps asking for me to sync / authorize it do so. And when I do and it says it is done and I try to get it to work it keeps telling me to sync / authorize it. I not sure what it is that is keeping me from doing it. So any help would be grateful. Also I know I have asked this before , but I know you guys record Tips on Hangout and the rest on Skype with some program. What program do you use just in case we have to try it that way. I know I would rather do the Hangout for the reason of being able to upload it on my channel. Also you 4 are always invited to our hangouts. I know the last time we managed to get the Almighty Yoshi we had a good number show up. I think we gave Skype a good test with how many could be in a call at one time then. Though it was fun !!!

  3. Love your new section, KO Korner (sorry, Yoshi) :P. When will Daryl review Weijang;s MPP10 Optimus Prime KO? In my opinion, he is the best representation of Optimus out on the market even beating out the Takara and Hasbro Masterpiece versions. He makes for a very good stand alone display and he scales well better with the Masterpiece Autobot cars.

He also has rubber tires. :p
