I have to actually agree with Daryl about Sunsurge. I also have him and really like him. I love the fact you can put diecast rims on him as well.My only real fault with him isn’t with Sunsurge himself but with Chip Chase. He is so small and you have to put him together like you would with a LEGO figure. Nothing wrong with that mind , but mine tends to fall apart rather easy. I will more than likely use some glue to keep him together just haven’t gotten around to it yet.
I might still pick up the Masterpiece version as well though, just to have the MP version.
I also need to mention I actually got to mess with the Build A Bear Prime. On a recent vacation where I went to see my niece graduate High School ( dam I feel old) , we went with my sister and her family to the Mall of America in Minnesota. While there took daughters into Build A Bear where they each got a bear( Skye from Paw Patrol and Minnie Mouse) but while I waited for them I saw a couple of kids getting the Prime and Bumblebee. While their dad was checking them out I asked the one with the Prime what he thought of Transformers he said he liked the movies and the cartoon. I asked if he had any of the toys, he told me he and his brother had several RID and Rescue Bots. I asked if he ever watched any of the older cartoons he said no but he wanted to. I told him about the Podcast and of course my channel. He asked his mom to look the channel up on her phone which she did and we watched a couple of minutes of my review of TR Fort Max. He liked it and got his mom to subscribe and wanted to know about listening to the podcast. I told his mom how I had it and she said she would look it up. By then his dad had come back with his bear. I asked if he mined if I looked at it to. He let me of course and I found it was pretty good for a teddy bear. His arms had a swivel and all so it was a nice little addition. His younger brother had gotten Bumblebee and they both seemed really happy with it.
I should note these 2 were 8 and 6. So hopefully we both have new listeners and watching for podcast and channels.
