HAPPY 100 th ep guys!!!!, this ride has been great so far and i know i look forward to the 1000th episode as wel…
(cage rattle)…yes i know were going to take a walk soon feedback beast, you have to have this ep under your belt as well…
listen i just want to say a few before i head on into work, i really hope you guys know how much we love the show and look forward to the following years to come ,we the fans enjoy the village raids,the one who pulled this all together, the Charles -ipedia , AND OF COURSE, the love of rubber tires!
this show as i have said before brings me back to when i have first found podcasts about TFs, and well this stuff to me is audio gold, or at least my to me makes enjoy my time at work well, seem less like work. and it makes it more bearable too.
I also want to say two more things:
1.i hope i did not offend anyone with this past hangout,IT WAS FREAKING FUN TIME!!, a LLLOOONNNGGG wait to join, but a tad late for me to get into ,NEXT time im getting in at that beginning time on the dot (and maybe take the next day off, MAN 3 1/2 hours, THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING!!))!, do how ever regret that i could not spend a bit more time with you guys, it was late on a work the next day nite, and i had a taste of TTTS, which was fun but i feel i showed off and ran, which im REALLY sad on, i hope i did not offend anyone ,and look forward to another chance at bat here soon.ill make that one a bit more epic.
2.i do how ever have something im whipping up on..

I totally geeked out a little getting mentioned by name at the start. 😀
You guys deserve all the love you get. It was awesome hearing clips from your fellow podcasters, your fans at IDW (that’s so freakin’ awesome!), and everyone else.
I’m still working my way through the episode, so if I come up with anything else to pester you guys about, I’ll come back. The new schedule sounds great, too!

Oddly the podcast gets released on a historical sad note. That being the day Lincoln was shot !!!
But also a sad not being the announcement of the death of Herb Trimpe. A well known artist for his work on the first appearance of Wolverine. He was known in the Transformers for his work on the original Marvel G1 comics. He did a lot of the cover art. Loved a lot of them. He will be missed.
Look forward to the new schedule!!!

Congratulations on making it to episode 100 Transmissions team.
Seems like it was only a short while ago that you released episode one and got me back into Transformers fandom. I will say it was hard at first listening to the show because my memory of watching the show was so faint and hearing toy conversations explaining how a figure was a remold of another figure, or one Transformer may have different names in different markets around the world, and so on. I am glad I stuck it out and kept listening although I must admit more than once I have had to go to tfwiki to learn more about a figure or storyline to keep up with the podcast.
Tommy in season four of Transformers…even now I still hate what was done to the gen one cartoon after the initial run of the show. If anyone wants to see what I mean youtube “transformers season four intro” with Tommy and the ridiculous Optimus Prime puppet. The kid actors performance was annoying and the puppet always looked like it was on the brink of falling apart at the seams. And shame of all shames it only served to pad out the show, delaying actual viewing of the cartoon.
The TransMisisons crew and myself need to MST3K the original cartoon. I think hat would be such a blast!
That would be AMAGING.
While I love commetaries, one thing to avoid is pointing out every animation mistake and think it’s a commentary. Yes, we know someone changed colors or was missing a leg, we didn’t need someone to point that out 30 years later again. If you can comment on the plot, or your memories of the episode, I’d love it!
Never seen any of the season 4,and maybe that’s a good thing?…maybe….?
Season 4 was the three episode story called The Rebirth. Tommy Kennedy was in season 5, which was just a retelling of some earlier episodes with the added intros and outros done by Powermaster Optimus Prime and Tommy. It was done as if Optimus Prime was telling these stories to Tommy. They used to be on Youtube, but sadly they were mostly removed. That was a sad time for TF fans. Teased with new content, but not one truly new episode. It gave me false hope that the show wasn’t dead. And whatever happened to Tommy Kennedy?

What we need is an official US dub of Headmasters, with an adult Tommy Kennedy and Powermaster Optimus Prime hosting the intros and outros. Somebody see if Tommy is available!
