As you know, I’ve been listening to you guys for a while now, but for some reason, it didn’t register to me that Darryl had a Youtube channel! Well, that’s been fixed! I’ve already gone and subscribed!

Sorry you guys don’t seem to like Shattered Glass. I think you should remember that this isn’t the first SG toys Maketoys has made. They also made SG Optimus Prime and SG Ultra Magnus toys. TFC Toys made SG Devastator and SG Rodimus Prime as a Targetroid, and KFC makes SH cassettes and Ultra Magnus. It’s quite popular. This Ripper figure is colored the same way SG Strafe appeared in the TFCC comic (the ones you don’t review), so I’m happy with him.
It’s funny that some web sites made a big deal about Exhaust being colored like a pack of Marlboro cigarettes, since Mirage has been painted like a pack of Gitanes cigarettes since 1984. I also find it funny that Takara labeled the original Diaclone figure with the word “Marlboor” not “Marlboro” to avoid paying licensing for the logo… Yep, they change one small thing and knocked off someone else’ intellectual property!
Oh, I heard that Hasbro asked Reprolabels NOT to make “Marlboor” stickers for Exhaust, so you probably won’t be seeing them. Hopefully one of the other sticker companies will step in and do it.
Do you guys remember that Toyworld is making a Voyager sized version of stealth bomber Megatron? I wonder if it will get recast as G2 Dreadwing or G1 Krok like the Deluxe Megatron.

• Yoshi was happy with a 3p figure??!!!, what is raining frogs and cats and dogs are living together now!?…What gives?no really im glad it happens …one in a while…and I ask my wife “is the moon going to be blue tonight honey…..?”
• MP exhaust..this one hurts me a little, not because of the fig or anything, but the link to the smoking aspect of it .I hate to think of how this TF is linked to such a horrible thing to do, I know it was back in the day and all ad sponsorship and everything, but for me I have done stupid as a “little/young gridlet” back in the day but I lost a mother to cancer and now my mother in law is struggling with it, two partial lung removal surgeries, three chemo treatments sessions and now radiation therapy well, I just hate the fact that cigarettes/smoking in general are associated with this fig, and I know it was the “thing to do back then”, but life is short as it is already, and plastic crack don’t kill (well maybe you wallet) but you can live longer with it that ‘habit’ other kinds of addictions you can have/do. I just hate that how its tied together for this and wheeljack and mirage as well…kids you don’t believe me , go get some headbone knowledge about it and see for yourself, but do the wise thing for you and your loved ones , don’t start that shit!.. ok im off my soap box now, back to more tf questions goodness!
• A “christmas jetfire tree” I’m with c beast one this subject… I don’t think there is a jetfire toy out there yet that matches what I would wont out of a jet fire fig Hasbro or 3 party speaking…Hasbro and there “POS doorstop version” is crap (fake ass chest and all, what, did he stop a chest upgrade /gender change surgery or something half way through…opps I spoke of gender for a tf..miss scotts not gonna like me even less now! silicon parts are not made for made for toy chests…well barbie maybe…fake ass crap! ) the 3 party is getting close to the animation model but not there yet with the parts forming I have seen yo c beast, that was your vid I watched to get this info on….“BIG UPS DAWG!!!” ROOF! 3 party I have seen one and you getting close, but not there yet…piece of crap Hasbro jetfire….
• “Reddit founded”ok I have been…well,not dying to ask this but pondering on this for a while, how did you guys meet, and then from there do a podcast on tfs and all. Whats the inside scoop?
• A g-1 cartoon based comic book….wait was that Yoshi in my head screaming “all F%cKing hell yeah!”…hmmm got to see a “Dr who” looks into stuff like that..yep I can get behind that one, I would hope thought it would tie up/maybe answer some stuff like optimus and magnus meeting like in the scramble city vid, or tell how some of the “new toy wave “cast cast/ meet /came into being, but also tie in with what happened after rebirth as well if this comic gets off the ground(and I hope it does), but yeah ill help in any way I can for this, don’t want to tap another vein for comics and all (I remember back in the day $30 buck bought you A STACK of comics for a weekswork of reading, not so much today).
• No yosh, the podcast was not derailed with the marvel comic talk for me at least, I enjoyed thinking of the old old day of comic collecting, you guys keep you “outside talk of non tfs”to a minimum unlike some of the other podcast I listen to ..PLEASE keep this up you guys do that the best! tf talk/info for a tf podcast only!!!.. that’s what we down load it for, for primus sake people!!!get with the transmissions program people!!! Or ill ask Yoshi if he does…contracts.
• Oh yeah deaths head it tied to Dr Who ( my longest love next to star wars, started watching the dr when i was 6 years old) in the uk marvel comics, and I believe Clara fiddles with a G-1 galvatron toy in the 11 th dr (Matt Smith last season, maybe “the bells of st john”, maybe)ooooo, transforming pop culture BONUS!!!BOOM!!

My questions for the podcasts
• How IS it the American cartoon and the japan series of cartoon are all considered G-1/related? HELLO cybertron/seibertron was blown up in the headmasters series for primus sake! (opps sorry dude that would be you in some continuities) , but if that did happen and its somehow “cannon” and the head masters, masterforce, and victory did happen before beast wars, then how is cybertron there?
• How do the junkions repair themselves so quickly, nanites, accelerated repair, they do it so quickly and all?
• Meteoplex has a “titan core”, really, IDW really..?whats next a “titan cog”?…crap!,I bet I just gave them a idea….!
• Jeremy the kabaya kit fortress maxmius kit since the “smaller spike“ does not come off, and he comes with the sword, I do believe cerebros is/would be called fortress, not sure if you knew.
• Ok big c ,and im just pitting this out there, you were 14 in 1990, I was 20, so yes I am older than you…head master don may have a few months on me though…
• And I do have the some of the gundam dvds in my collection, in the early 2000s I was collecting the figures (thankfully not any more) but my one of true passions (besides tfs of course) is robotech …(not gonna talk about the jetfire toy ,in which I did have) with robotech I have been following it for around the same time as tfs, have all the main dvds, the palladium books rpg books series (old and new), and I got to beta test the robotech tactics RPG from palladium books this past year, I have been collecting palladium books products for the past 2 and a half decades and there still going strong, and in “the book of heroes” IM palladium books “unofficial” pretender transformer, that’s why I had sent in that pic with the other book transformers generations, it has two of my passions intertwined. Kevin Siembieda and I are good friends, and he knows me well enough to put me in that book as such…and yes I have been at him for YEARS to do a tf rpg before anyone
asks!
Well I stop the bombing for now, I had some pent up energy today and this was a good outlet for me. Guys keep up the outstanding work on the podcast.
